The Colonnade is an elegant 3,300 sq ft venue situated alongside the field at the Peoria Sports Complex. The desert views, air conditioning, state-of-the-art audio/visual technology, ambiance lighting, bar, on-site catering options, and patio all complement this unique location to host your next event.

The Terrace is a partially shaded outdoor event space situated atop the ballpark with excellent sweeping views of the pristine baseball diamond. Reserved together or separate, the Colonnade & Terrace provides a great ambiance to make your next gathering a truly memorable experience for everyone.

Lakeview Room at Rio Vista

Indoor space for conferences, banquets, and special events with access to a reception patio

The Lakeview Room at Rio Vista is a great venue choice for large meetings or events. This 4,650 sq ft space can seat up to 280 guests with chairs only or 224 guests with tables. Rental rates include tables, chairs, audio/visual equipment, and microphones. When you reserve the full banquet room for your event, you’ll also have access to an inviting patio space overlooking the lake.

Don’t need a room quite as large? The Lakeview room can be partitioned for a half room rental (subject to availability) or inquire about one of our smaller meeting rooms.

The East Brook, West Brook, and Riverside rooms at Rio Vista are the perfect location to host your next small gathering. Each room comfortably accommodates 30 seated guests with chairs or 20 seated guests with tables.

Peoria Corporate Event Venues FAQ

Do you provide any discounts?

City of Peoria residents and non profit organizations can book event venues at a discounted rate. To complete a contract you will need a government issued photo I.D., proof of Peoria residency, or documentation stipulating your 501C(3) status.

Can I stop by anytime to view the rental rooms?

You can make an appointment by calling 623-773-8600 (for Rio Vista) or 623-773-8700 (for Peoria Sports Complex) to ensure the space is available to tour.

Can I bring in my own food?

At Rio Vista, all food served must be purchased from a Maricopa County Department of Health Services licensed catering company, restaurant or you can serve packaged items from a grocery store. No home-prepared food is permitted.

Peoria Sports Complex is a full-service event venue complete with food and beverage catering packages. Third-party food and beverage service providers are not permitted for any event with 20 or more participants or attendees.

Can I have alcohol at my event?

Alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served from our list of approved vendors (provided by your event planner). Consumption of alcohol is restricted to the Lakeview Room, patio, and East Brook & West Brook Rooms.

Peoria Sports Complex has beverage packages (including non-alcoholic beverages) available through our exclusive catering partner.

How much do I pay to reserve a room?

At the time of booking, a deposit is due. The remaining fees are due 90 days prior to your event. If you are booking an event that is less than 90 days away, full payment is due.

Is there a minimum amount of hours I need to reserve the venue?

For Rio Vista: There is a (4) hour minimum for reservations Friday-Saturday and a (2) hour minimum for reservations Monday-Thursday.

For Peoria Sports Complex: need info

What is included when I reserve a room?

For Rio Vista: Tables, chairs, AV, projector, stage, podium, and microphones are available without a charge during your rental. We provide bar top tables for patio use, but all other equipment must remain inside the facility.
